Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, specialist in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law.
Throughout his career he has worked for prestigious law firms of the stature of the
Váscones Torres y Azabache Law Firm, Benites Law Firm, Forno Ugaz Abogados and Gálvez Dolorier Law Firm. He has also served as an Ad Hoc Public State Attorney for the Montesinos and Fujimori cases and has been Coordinator of the Legal Area of Proethics Peruvian Chapter of Transparency International .
He has been a professor at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2005-2014).
