Lawyer from the University of Lima and with studies completed in the Master of Business Administration dictated by the San Ignacio de Loyola University, as well as specialization studies in Negotiation Techniques and Game Theory.

He specializes in crimes of corruption of officials and money laundering, as well as crime prevention.

Within his professional career, it is worth noting that he worked in the Ad Hoc Anti-Corruption Attorney’s Office. Later he served as an advisor to the Congress of the Republic, later returning to the private practice of his profession as Head of the Criminal Law Area of ​​the Sparrow, Hundskopf and Villanueva Law Firm and, as of 2009, as a Partner of the Gálvez Dolorier Law Firm.

Finally, from April 2017 to date, he successfully directs the Ruiz Ávila Law Firm, specialized in Criminal Law.
